So refreshing to meet someone who calls round to your house, reviews the problems we are (were) experiencing and fixes it with no fuss. Mark gave us great advice, all the way through the problems with the Mac, eventually the transition back to PC. A lovely knowledgeable guy and reassuringly clever !

I live in an old Chapel with 2 feet walls. I had issues with WiFi range Mark came in sorted this out and set up a guest access point. Mark is Pleasant and easy to deal with, very quick response and reasonably priced. Thank you.
